Before the Houston game, in a pregame TV interview, head coach Brian Hill said something to the effect that our defense was further along as compared to our offensive progress. That was very much the case for that game. We did a much better job of forcing Houston to a lower percentage outside shot. Granted, they were without their top scorer, inside and outside threat T-Mac. Another positive from our victory last night, is that we didn't commit as many fouls this game as the previous three. FG Shots made by our opponents. This has helped us to gain an advantage in FG attempts/game. Unfortunately, we are not shooting the ball well so we are not taking advantage of this.
